By accessing BTEB's platform or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.
Course fees are payable in advance upon enrolment. Instalment plans are available. Fees are non-refundable after 14 days of course commencement, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Students must complete all assessments independently. Plagiarism, contract cheating or submitting AI-generated content as original work is prohibited and may result in expulsion and certificate revocation.
BTEB certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. Certificates are permanently verifiable via our blockchain system. BTEB may revoke certificates for proven academic fraud.
All course materials, videos, assessments and platform content are the intellectual property of BTEB. Students may not reproduce, share or sell course materials without written permission.
BTEB provides services on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid.
