Yes. BTEB is AQF-aligned with ISO 21001:2018 certification. Our qualifications are recognised by employers and government bodies in 193 countries. Every certificate is blockchain-verified — employers can check authenticity instantly at agsc.edu.au/verify.
How long do courses take?+
We offer 6-month certificates, 1-year diplomas (AQF Level 5) and 2-year advanced diplomas (AQF Level 6). All are self-paced within structured semesters — study 15–20 hours/week around your schedule.
Can I study while working full-time?+
Absolutely. All lectures are pre-recorded, study materials are available 24/7, and assignments have flexible submission windows. Most working professionals complete their diploma without taking leave.
What technology do I need?+
A computer or tablet with a modern browser and stable internet connection. Our platform works on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. IT course software is either free or cloud-based.
How do I receive my certificate?+
Upon completion, you receive a digital certificate within 5 business days, and a physical certificate by mail within 2–3 weeks. Your credential is permanently on the blockchain and verifiable at any time.
What payment options are available?+
Credit/debit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. Instalment payment plans are available for all diploma programs. Scholarships covering up to 50% of fees are also available.
Do I need prior qualifications to enrol?+
Most programs require Year 12 equivalent or relevant work experience. Advanced diplomas may need a related diploma or work experience. Requirements are listed on each course page.
Is there student support available?+
Yes. Every student gets a dedicated Student Success Advisor, access to tutoring, discussion forums and 24/7 email/chat support through the Student Portal.
Can I verify a certificate I received?+
Yes — visit verify.html and enter the Certificate ID. Each credential includes a QR code for instant mobile verification. Employers can also verify directly.
Are scholarships available?+
BTEB offers merit-based and need-based scholarships covering up to 50% of fees. Corporate scholarships are also available. Email admissions@agsc.edu.au for details.
What if I fail an assessment?+
Students may resubmit assessments twice at no extra cost. Deferral and credit transfer options are also available. We're committed to every student's success.
How do I access the Student Portal?+
You receive login credentials within 24 hours of enrolment. Visit agsc.edu.au/student-portal or download our mobile app. Login requires your student ID and password.
